This is because our training courses are developed with the client’s and industry needs in mind, thus enabling organisations to create safe and sustainable workplaces while also achieving both short and long term sustainable development goals through performance indicators such as low incident rate, minimum absenteeism, low staff turnover, customer satisfaction and ultimately profit.
Our training courses are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are aligned to the current trends and needs in the industry and therefore remain relevant and appropriate. Although some of the training courses are generic as required by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) requirements, we are also able to design, customise and present training courses adapted to the organisation’s needs, upon request.
